Welcome to the shopmrsh.com Web Site (the "Site"). Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site (the "Agreement"). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.
Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to the terms. Mrs H reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your use of the shopmrsh.com web site following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms of Use whenever you use this web site. In particular, we draw you attention to our policies relating to the terms of payment, customs related duties, returns and store credits.

As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, Mrs H unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

On this Site Mrs H supply all texts in English language. Customers must understand this language in order to use the Site and its services. Mrs H is not to be held responsible if a customer use this Site and its services without understanding the language that is used on the Site.

Colors and images at SHOPMRSH.COM:
We work very hard with our images so that they reproduce the color and appearance of the items on the Site as close as it is technically possible. However, we can not guarantee 100% image accuracy due to various computer monitor calibrations and settings at the user end.

All content on this Site, including, but not limited to: informational content, graphic images, and program code such as html and javascript are the protected material of Mrs H and may not be reproduced in any manner without the expressed written consent of Mrs H.

All orders ship via DHL Express Worldwide. Shipping within the EU generally is 1-2 business days. Shipping to the USA, Asia and countries that impose customs duty is generally between 1-5 business days. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility and will be invoiced to the recipient by the carrier (and not by us).

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Shipping Rates:

* Shipping to Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Liechtenstein, Slovenia and the Slovak Republic is subject to an additional service fee of EUR 10 due to the carriers special handling in these territories.

Important info to Russian customers: due to recent changes in the Russian private import policy all shipments to the Russian Federation are suspended until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping Confirmation:
You will receive an email from us with a link to the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carriers web site. Please note that the tracking numbers can sometimes be assigned before our carrier actually picks up your shipment; therefore the tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carriers system.

We use a fixed shipping rate for most shipments, no matter the size and weight of the order. This fixed shipping rate is given to you during the checkout process. In some very rare cases, if the dimensions and/or weight of the order is considerably larger/heavier than normal, we reserve the right to add an additional shipping cost of up to EUR 40. This additional cost will be added to the final charge of the credit/debit card used at the transaction. In such cases we will of course contact you prior to the shipment.

If a shipment has been sent to you and it is refused or returned to us for any reason then you will be subject to a 30% return fee and issued a store credit for the remainder. Depending on the item value of the shipment, the parcel and its content might alternatively be destroyed by the carrier or by the local Custom Authorities resulting in no refund amount at all. If you refuse/do not pay the import duties/taxes the parcel will be returned to us and treated as a refused shipment.

All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You have to request a RAN by emailing not later than 3 calendar days after you have received the item. Returns or exchanges made without RAN can not be processed. RAN requested later than 3 calendar days after you have received the item will only be granted at our discretion.
Purchased items must be returned within 10 calendar days after you have received the item. Buyer have to cover all shipping expenses.

All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of Mrs H and must meet all the requirements listed under the Return Policy. Mrs H reserves the right to assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise or for other reasons as we see fit. If the authorized returned item(s) passes re-entry inspection, you will receive a confirmation of the return and the refund. The refund will either be credited to original purchasers credit card or as a store credit.
We do not accept returns on consumable items including perfume, cosmetics, lingerie and swimwear. Also, we are unable to accept returns on intimate jewelry such as earrings.

Mrs H Return Policy:
- The Product Authenticity Tag must be attached to the item with its plastic security cord intact.
- The item must be packaged in the same or similar manner as it was received. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
- The original dust bag for bags must be included in the return or exchange.
- Returned items MUST be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects.
- The item MUST be returned WITHIN 10 CALENDAR DAYS after you have received the item. *
- The return shipment will be at your responsibility and cost. We require ALL international returns to be shipped via a courier service provided by DHL, FedEx or UPS, no exceptions.
- Unidentified returns will be returned to sender.

* NOTE: For certain sale items a limited return policy may apply such as final sale. For sale items with a limited return policy this is indicated in the product information text for those items.

We are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
Exchange for size is subject to stock availability. Buyer have to cover all shipping expenses.

When counting the days in the given time frame under our Return Policy we can not take into consideration:
- delays in the custom clearance as such delays is outside of our control.
- delays if the recipient request a later delivery or an address change after the order has been booked into the system and/or dispatched from our warehouse.
- delays if the recipient is not available at the given delivery address when the carrier attempt to deliver the shipment.
- delays if the recipient´s delivery address stated when the order was placed is incorrect, or if the recipient has moved since the order was placed.

Also please note that if a shipment is delivered to a front desk or to a door man, the shipment is considered delivered at the time and date for when the shipment was signed for by the front desk or door man.

Cancelled orders
If an order has been placed but not yet shipped and the customer request it to be cancelled Mrs H reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of up to EUR 50 depending on how far the order has been processed in the shipping and dispatch systems.
If a shipment has been sent to you and it is refused or returned to us for any reason then you will be subject to a 30% (or a minimum of EUR 200) return fee and issued a store credit for the remainder. Depending on the item value of the shipment, the parcel and its content might alternatively be destroyed by the carrier or by the local Custom Authorities resulting in no refund amount at all. If you refuse/do not pay the import duties/taxes the parcel will be returned to us and treated as a refused shipment.

Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply to:
1) Returns of items that are damaged, altered or has an odor.
2) Returns from customers with a specific purchase/return history. Customers that repeatedly purchase from us only to return all or the better part of their orders might be subject for restocking fees.

Credit/Debit Cards:
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit/debit cards.

We also offer PayPal checkout. Simply choose the PayPal alternative at our checkout and you will automatically be re-directed to PayPal´s site where you complete your purchase.
Payments with credit/debit cards received from Verifed PayPal accounts ship out immediately. Unverified accounts might require an additional verification. If so we will contact you after your purchase. PLEASE NOTE: NO CHEQUES ACCEPTED! We only accept PayPal instant payments with credit cards or bank accounts connected to PayPal.

Currency & Sales Tax / VAT:
All prices displayed at our site are given in Euros (EUR €). To convert the displayed EUR price into US Dollars, just click on the "US$ convert" (please note that the amount is just an estimated amount, the actual charged amount may be different due to the daily exchange rate fluctuations). Your credit card will be charged in Euros when you place your order. Please note that we can only trade and invoice in Euros. Your credit card company may convert the Euros to a different currency and sometimes card companies/banks make a small commission charge from your currency to Euro conversions. Depending on where in the world you are, prices are automatically displayed with or without Value Added Tax (VAT).
VAT exemption apply for all countries outside of the European Union (EU), and also includes Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Shipping cost and import duties / taxes:
Shipping is NOT included in the given prices at each item. The shipping cost is added during checkout. Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping costs. The import duties, taxes and charges are the buyers responsibility and will be invoiced to the recipient by the carrier (and not by us). Mrs H is not responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods. We cannot and will not mark packages as gift, sample or anything other than what it is on the applicable customs forms nor will we reduce the value of said package to lessen the taxes and duties levied against the recipient. No exceptions will be made to this policy!

Order Confirmation:
Upon placing an order at Mrs H, a receipt is automatically e-mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.
At Mrs H we try to be as environment friendly as possible! Therefore we do not send out an additional print-out of your receipt. So make sure you save your e-mail receipt.

Verifed by Visa® and Mastercard® Securecode
We use Verified by Visa® and MasterCard® Securecode to add an extra layer of security when you shop with us. To use any of these services, you must first register the service with your card issuer/bank. Once you have registered and created your own private password with your card issuer/bank, you will at the checkout process at Mrs H be automatically redirected to your bank/card issuer to provide your secret password each time you make a purchase with us. This means that even if someone knows your card number, they will be unable to complete a purchase without your private password.

Many cards now require this service. If you have not registred your card with your card issuer/bank you might be unable to complete the transaction!

VAT & VAT exemption
Orders shipped within the European Union (EU) includes Swedish Value Added Tax (VAT).
EU Countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

Orders shipped outside of the European Union are exempt from Swedish Valued Added Tax. The order is calculated online less the Value Added Tax and the final invoice will also reflect this tax exemption.
VAT Exemption apply to: USA and Canada, Australia and New Zeeland, Asia, the Russian Federation, the Middle East, South Africa and parts of the Caribbean Islands.

VAT exemption for European Countries that are non-European Economic Community Members includes Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia and Bosnia/Herzegovina.

Please note that shipments destined outside of the European Union are subject to import fees based on the customers’s home country regulations. Payment of these import fees are the buyers responsibility and will be invoiced to the recipient by the carrier (and not by us). For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

Pre-order items can only be refunded for a store credit. Special orders are not refundable. Size exchanges are possible subject to stock availability.
Orders will be filled in the order they are received. Your card will be charged upon placing the order.
Minor differencies between the displayed pre-order items at this site and the final manufactured and shipped items may occur due to quality and/or functionality improvements made by the manufacturer. Such minor production differencies are outside of Mrs H control.

Some designers might not be available to buy online. To buy items from such designers, you have two options:
1. Visit our Stockholm store to purchase the items.
2. Make an inquiry online: simply select your size, click "Inquire" and follow the provided steps.
We will then review your inquiry and contact you by e-mail at our earliest convenience.

Inquiries/requests online can not be combined with other online orders. Promotion codes can not be used for inquiry items. We accept all standard payment options including credit/debit cards, PayPal or bank transfer.

If you have submitted an inquiry without receiving a reply, please for help.

A store credit is valid for 1 year after the date the store credit was issued (unless otherwise stated). The day the store credit was issued is the day when the email was sent from us with the information that a store credit was issued. If a store credit has not been used for a purchase within the given time frame the store credit will automatically expire. Expired store credits can not be refunded. Store credits can not be exchanged to cash and is valid for online purchases only at SHOPMRSH.COM.
If goods purchased with a store credit for some reason is returned, the refund amount will be issued back to the original store credit and will follow that previous store credits time restrictions.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear and/or incorrect handling or washing are not considered to be faulty.
If an item is faulty contact us by email. Please provide digital images and a detailed description of the problem with the item.

NOTE: All faulty goods matters are subject to an investigation made by us and/or the manufacturer. As each case is unique, it is impossible to say how the matter will be dealt with before the investigation has started.

All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to your shipping address. Once your items have been delivered/signed for they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, you must make a note with the carriers courier/driver when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

If the goods inside the box is damaged you must immediately contact the carrier and report the damage to them. The carrier will then give you information of the next steps. You must also keep the outer box as it will be a part of the investigation for the cause of the damage.
For all kinds of damages, to the outer box and/or the content of the box, you should immediately upon discovery of such damage take digital pictures of the damaged outer box and/or the content.

We do NOT store any card information at our servers! When you pay with your card you are automatically redirected to our partner Samport, a PCI certified secure online gateway. All transactions submitted are encrypted with the highest security standard. We also use Verified by Visa® and MasterCard® Securecode, if you have not yet registred your card for any of these services, please do so by contacting your card issuer/bank.
PayPal payments are all handled by PayPal at the PayPal web site.

Cookies and privacy
A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computers hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites. Our site uses cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to give you the correct shipping charges and tax. Most browsers are automatically set to accept cookies but usually you can alter the settings of your browser to prevent automatic acceptance. If you choose not to receive cookies, you may encounter problems when trying to purchase items.

Mrs H may use your personal information for the processing of orders, payments and to provide you with a personalized shopping experience. We will also use your details to fulfill and deliver your orders and manage your account. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates (which you of course can choose not to subscribe to). We do not sell your details to third party marketing companies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish Courts.
